About Webbloomcore

A Johor Bahru practice focused on how parenting and family apps measure caregiver attention—without treating households like anonymous click streams.

Origin

Webbloomcore began when a product researcher and a family-services counsellor in Johor Bahru compared notes after a disastrous “engagement” sprint on a co-parenting calendar. The charts celebrated daily opens; the counsellor heard parents deleting the app after custody arguments. We formed a small practice to sit between those two rooms.

What we believe

  • Caregiver time is fragmented; metrics that ignore shared devices mislead roadmaps.
  • Parenting apps carry trust obligations that entertainment products do not.
  • A written brief that engineering can schedule beats a slide deck that impresses once.
  • Malaysian and regional family norms—multigenerational households, Bahasa/English switching, festival calendars—belong in the measurement plan, not as footnotes.

How we work

We keep concurrent reviews few. The same analyst and domain reviewer stay with your engagement from kickoff to readout. When useful, we host a working day at Office 8, 32 Example Street, Johor Bahru 00000, with sticky notes, printed funnels, and strong tea.

Community ties

We volunteer measurement clinics twice a year for student teams at local universities building family-wellbeing prototypes. Those sessions sharpen our examples; commercial clients still receive dedicated, paid attention.

Credentials, honestly framed

Our leads have shipped or advised on parenting products used across Malaysia and Singapore and have facilitated caregiver interviews in Malay and English. We do not claim clinical licences; when paediatric or counselling judgement is required, we ask you to bring your own advisor into the readout.
