Origin
Webbloomcore began when a product researcher and a family-services counsellor in Johor Bahru compared notes after a disastrous “engagement” sprint on a co-parenting calendar. The charts celebrated daily opens; the counsellor heard parents deleting the app after custody arguments. We formed a small practice to sit between those two rooms.
What we believe
- Caregiver time is fragmented; metrics that ignore shared devices mislead roadmaps.
- Parenting apps carry trust obligations that entertainment products do not.
- A written brief that engineering can schedule beats a slide deck that impresses once.
- Malaysian and regional family norms—multigenerational households, Bahasa/English switching, festival calendars—belong in the measurement plan, not as footnotes.
How we work
