Pricing reflects human review time, not seats on a product. All figures are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and exclude SST where applicable. This page is guidance only; we do not process payments online.

What moves a quote up or down
- Number of locales — bilingual event names and festival calendars add review hours.
- Shared-device complexity — apps with heavy grandparent or helper usage need deeper cohort work.
- Documentation readiness — a clean event dictionary shortens silent-review days.
- On-site days outside Johor Bahru — travel and lodging are billed at cost with prior approval.
Deposits & invoicing
Reviews and audits typically require a 40% deposit to reserve the pair’s calendar, with the balance due before the written brief is released. Workshops are invoiced in full after the session unless booked as part of a larger review. See our refund policy for cancellations and rescheduling.
How to get an estimate
Use the contact form, name the consultation, and share your app category (for example infant sleep, co-parenting, or early reading). We reply within two working days with a scoped range—not a surprise invoice.
