  • Email or phone: correspondence you initiate.
  • Engagement materials: documents you provide under NDA or engagement letter (event dictionaries, funnel exports, interview notes).
  • Technical: essential cookies and, if you accept, limited analytics cookies (see Cookies).

We do not ask for payment card numbers on this website.

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, schedule and deliver consultations, invoice clients, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations. Optional analytics cookies help us understand aggregate visit patterns.

We process enquiry data to take steps at your request before a contract, and engagement data to perform our contract with you. Cookie analytics run only with consent where required. We may retain records needed for accounting and dispute resolution.
