Who joins
Up to eight people from product, design, research, and customer support. Ideal when a Family App Analytics Review is not yet funded but the team needs a shared picture of caregiver paths.
What happens in the room
We pin your onboarding, first-week habits, and crisis moments (missed nap, custody handoff, school-gate rush) on a wall—physical or digital—and mark where your current events over- or under-describe those moments. You leave with a journey map photo pack and a short event shortlist.
Inclusions
Facilitation, printed or digital boards, a two-page summary within three working days. Travel within Johor Bahru is included; other Malaysian cities are quoted separately.
