By browsing webbloomcore.click or engaging Webbloomcore for consultations, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and do not submit a request form.
Who we are
Webbloomcore provides human-delivered analytics review and workshop services for parenting and family apps. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Webbloomcore operating from Office 8, 32 Example Street, Johor Bahru 00000, Malaysia.
Informational website
Content on this site—including fees—is informational. It does not form a binding proposal until we issue a written engagement letter or invoice you accept. No purchases are completed through this website.
Consultations
Scoped services (reviews, workshops, audits) are described on their pages and confirmed in writing. You are responsible for the accuracy of materials you share and for obtaining any internal approvals required to discuss your product with us.
Intellectual property
Site copy, visual design, and our written briefs remain our intellectual property until and unless an engagement letter assigns specific deliverable rights. You may not copy site materials for competing commercial use without permission. Client confidential materials remain the client’s property.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no automated scraping that impairs service, no submission of unlawful content through forms, and no attempts to disrupt hosting or security.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Webbloomcore is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use or from decisions you make after reading our public articles. For paid engagements, liability is limited as stated in the engagement letter, and otherwise capped at fees paid for that engagement. We do not provide legal, medical, or clinical advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Johor Bahru shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use, subject to any alternate dispute clause in a signed engagement letter.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of material changes for future visits.
